Below is a link to the legal documents and filing pertaining to this project.  The lawsuit remains fully alive and is proceeding. We are still seeking a court order that PUSD follow the mandatory public process before signing a lease or sale agreement with anyone, including Costco.  This would require PUSD to consult fully with the community before it selects a use or occupant for the property, which they have consistently failed to do.

 

We applied for an emergency Temporary restraining order and that was not granted, but all of our core claims remain fully intact.
