About the Event
The PUSD Board Meeting is this week on Thursday, Nov 12th. The good news is on their agenda, https://bit.ly/3klzP3U posted yesterday, the vote for the BMRSS surplus property is not on there. If there are questions about the PUSD FAQ meeting last Wednesday, I would ask and comment with the board members here, so these comments become part of the public records. Based on the questions asked by community members in our community discussion and PUSD FAQ, there are a few items on the agenda I would like to draw your attention to:
2.6 Superintendent’s Evaluation and Goal
5.3 (h) The disclosure of CFDs 1-16
5.3 (i) Revised General Fund Agenda -This is the latest presentation on the budget.

7.2 Proposed Budget Solutions - Relates to the enormous deficit spending PUSD is doing now and plans to do in the future. Amongst this is to increase class sizes.
Per their meeting notes, during their Oct 24th meeting a total of 123 comments were submitted by the community on the BMRSS surplus property, keep it up!
Our POCN group will continue to monitor PUSD agendas and actions to keep you all apprised of anything we hear with respect to the BMRSS site or next steps.
